Project Description

This project was an extensive remodel of the existing student union building. The project was completed in phases as it had to remain occupied during the total remodel. This took extensive coordination with the owner as many students occupied the building every day. The building received a total new exterior brick veneer with large window walls. The interior was completely remodeled with new finishes in most areas. The building was used to feed the Seattle Seahawks during their week of practice in Spokane.
